All our counsellors are social work qualified professionals who facilitate discussion, provide new perspectives and explore influencing factors on the issues that are causing you concern. Our staff support you in dealing with or resolving your concerns, in a supportive, respectful and confidential environment. Our counselling is delivered in combination with social work practice. We aim to build a strong relationship’s with clients and offer additional holistic social work practice to supplement the use of talking therapies. New Adult Pathways recognises that talking therapy in isolation provides limited results. We deliver therapy in an informal way to address the aspects of life that result in mild mental health conditions.
People come to New Pathways to discuss a range of issues such as:

We provide counselling for individuals, couples, or as a family. Counselling for children is also available through New Children’s Pathways. We offer a mobile and office based services in a wide range of regions.
You are encouraged to explore your feelings and emotions in a safe place where problems and issues can be understood. Counselling can help you gain clarity, exploring a wide range of possibilities, options and the possible consequences of actions. People report feeling supported, acknowledged, respected and valued throughout the counselling process.
